Jakarta, June 21, 2026 – Urban Republic, a multi-brand gadget and lifestyle technology retail network under Erajaya Active Lifestyle [Stock Code: ERAL], is once again presenting URMAZING RUN 2026, its annual team challenge-based running event, which this year marks its seventh edition. For this year’s event, Urban Republic introduces a new Family Team category, expanding the URMAZING RUN experience so it can be enjoyed not only by running communities but also by families looking to engage in physical activities together in a more interactive and enjoyable way.
Since its inception, URMAZING RUN has featured a concept that combines physical activity with teamwork through various interactive challenges located throughout the Senayan area in Jakarta. Unlike conventional running events that generally focus on individual speed, URMAZING RUN places strategy, communication, and collaboration at the heart of every running experience it offers.

URMAZING RUN continues to evolve into a platform that combines sports activities that emphasize not only physical exercise but also togetherness and the spirit of collaboration. This year, we are introducing the Family Team category as a step toward broadening participation, allowing even more people to experience the excitement of URMAZING RUN while encouraging active lifestyle experiences with those closest to them. As a new category introduced this year, the Family Team category is designed to provide a sporting experience that families can enjoy together in a more interactive format and that can be participated in by various age groups. In this category, participants consist of two adults and one child with a maximum age limit of 12 years, creating an opportunity for families to enjoy physical activities together while building meaningful moments through a variety of challenges specially designed to be enjoyed across generations.
Meanwhile, the main category continues to maintain the team challenge format that has been the hallmark of URMAZING RUN since it was first launched. In this category, each team consists of four participants, with the requirement that at least one member be of a different gender from the others, as part of an effort to encourage inclusive and diverse participation. All participants will face a series of challenges at various checkpoints that test physical endurance, strategy, communication, and teamwork skills in completing each mission all the way to the finish line.
This year, URMAZING RUN 2026 successfully attracted participation from more than 500 participants, including members of running communities, Urban Republic customers, and the general public who share a passion for living an active and healthy lifestyle. Through its signature team challenge concept, URMAZING RUN 2026 is expected to continue serving as a recreational sports event that offers a unique running experience while promoting the values of togetherness, sportsmanship, and collaboration in every edition.
